The Lighting and shaders process has begun. Here we got two previews of two different shots (Sentinel and plasma rifle). These previews don't have final comp, just a simple composition to match the colors and levels in each shot.
For each scene we are making a color temperature analysis. This process helps us to calculate the temperature of each Light in the 3D scene. All the process is done with the V-Ray engine. Also, we are making an analysis of the lights on set in order to simulate these conditions on the 3D scene. The HDRI's are used as IBL's (Image Based Lighting) to calculate GI and Reflections from each set.
