The Trickster's Project: HDRI Process

HDRI Process

This process is fundamental for a good integration in each shot. We'll need to match the set lighting conditions with the 3D Lighting Scene. For that, we'll use a IBL (Image Based Lighting) system with a spherical High Dynamic Range Image (HDRI). Each HDRI's were taken in each set where we filmed.

We used a bracketed sequence of pictures with different exposures. Each HDRI was merged in Photoshop and warped to spherical panorama in HDRShop.
